| Functiebeschrijving: | The HR Partner is responsible for the development and implementation of HR policies and the execution of the HR activities.
Defines all HR processes and procedures and sets out the responsibilities of HR and line management within these processes.
Provides necessary training to line management and employees. This will include, staff manual, employee handbook, standarised forms and reports, job descriptions
Oversees the implementation of all processes.
Monitors administration to standards. Identifies opportunities and resolves discrepancies.
Conducts a continuous study of all HR processes and policies, identifies change requirements, prepares recommendations for approval by Board prior to implementation.
Directs a programme of organisational development to address succession planning throughout the Company.
Coordinates activities across divisional lines.
Makes recommendations to Board.
Responsible for wage and salary structures, pay policies, performance appraisal programme, any employee benefit programmes and services, and Company Health and Safety Policy.
Monitors for effectiveness and ensures costs remain within pre determined budgetary levels.
Establishes standard recruiting practices and procedures. Ensures HR presence at all Company interviews.
Provides monthly report to Board on Employee status numbers of staff hired, resigned and any dismissals.
Highlights any variances from budget and recommends any changes required.
Establishes in-house training programmes for employees and line management. |
